Lumex Diamond Services Private Limited operates from the 10th floor of Infinity Tower. Our offices are 1007 and 1008. We are located right by the Laldarwaja Railway Station in Surat, so the sound of the trains is a constant background noise for us. It’s actually quite convenient for anyone coming into the city by rail. Being up so high means we get a lot of natural light, which is great for looking at diamonds. The tower is quite large and can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time visiting. We’ve been here for some time now. Our team is small, and we focus on the service side of the diamond trade. There are no marble floors or expensive art in our office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the tools we need for our daily tasks. We spend a lot of our time sorting through stones and filling out reports. The elevator in Infinity Tower can be slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We enjoy the local food stalls around the station area for our afternoon tea. It’s a very busy, high-energy part of Surat to work in. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just a local service provider doing what we know how to do. The work is steady, and we keep things simple.
