You can find Laxmi Interior Decor right on City Light Road at number 8. We’ve been set up here for a bit, surrounded by fabric samples, paint swatches, and piles of sketches that sometimes get a bit disorganized. Our space isn't like those fancy showrooms you see in magazines; it’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. Sometimes the floor is covered in wood shavings or scraps of wallpaper from a project we are currently working on. We spend our days thinking about how to make a room look a little better without spending a fortune. It’s a lot of measuring, re-measuring, and sometimes realizing the color we picked looks totally different when the sun hits it in the afternoon. People stop by the shop to look at samples or just to ask what we think about a certain rug or a light fixture. We try to be helpful, even if we are busy with a deadline. City Light Road is a good spot to be, plenty of people passing by all the time. Our team is small, just a few of us who actually enjoy fixing up old spaces. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about putting things together so a house feels more like a home. If you walk in, you might have to move a catalog off a chair to sit down, but we don't mind the clutter much because it means we are working.
