Kritagyam Gems And Jewellery Private

We are set up in Shop A-706 at SNS Atria. It’s right near Happy Excelencia in the Vesu area of Surat. Kritagyam Gems And Jewellery Private is a bit of a mouthful, so we just think of it as our little shop. It’s a modern building compared to some of the others in town, which is nice. We have a good view from the seventh floor. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have some display cases and a small area in the back where we do the repairs and some design work. Vesu is a growing part of the city, so there’s always something new being built nearby. It feels energetic. We get a mix of people coming in, some just looking and some who have been coming to us for years. We don’t use high-pressure sales or anything. If you like something, you buy it; if not, that’s fine too. We spend our downtime cleaning the glass and organizing the inventory. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are a private company. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about stones. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we make do. It’s a good place to spend the day. We have a small coffee machine in the corner that gets a lot of use every morning. It's nice to have a view of the city while you work.
