Our place is on the ground floor of Plot Number 57 in Diamond Park 3. We are located behind the old Dhanamill, right on the road that goes from Varachha to Umiyadham. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Surat. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We’ve been operating here for a while now, mostly focusing on jewelry. The area is quite industrial and busy, so there is always the sound of trucks and motorbikes passing by. Inside, we just have our work stations and the stuff we need for the day. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a big lobby. It’s more of a workshop where things actually get made. We spend a lot of time checking the details of the pieces we are working on. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the glass. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear, as long as the work gets done right. It’s a local business through and through. Most of our workers live in the Varachha area, so we all know each other pretty well. We share snacks and talk about our families while we work. It’s just a normal day for us. We don't go around making big claims or using fancy words to describe our business. We just stay at Plot 57 and keep the lights on and the tools moving until it is time to close up for the night.
