Key Light Animation Studios

Key Light Animation Studios is based out of Shade 6 at Shiva Firm, which is on City Light Road. We are just off the Magadi Main Road in the Kamashipalya area, coded M 16. It is an interesting spot because it feels a bit industrial but also has a lot of small businesses around. The studio itself is basically a large shed or "shade" as we call it. It is a big open space where we have all our computers and equipment set up. It is not a polished glass building in a tech park. We have high ceilings and concrete floors. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and quite noisy when it rains on the metal roof. We like being near Magadi Main Road because it is easy for us to get around the city from here. The area around Shiva Firm is usually busy with trucks and delivery vans. Inside the studio, wires are running everywhere and there are sketches tacked to the walls. We do not have a formal reception area or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find us at our desks. It is a creative space, so it is naturally a bit messy. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the quirks of the building. It is an honest place to work and it fits the kind of stuff we do at Key Light.
