Ketan H Dholakia operates out of unit 215 at Rajhans Heights. We are located on Varachha Road, just behind the M D M. It’s a good spot because it’s easy to tell people how to find us. The building is fairly well-known around here. We’ve been in this office for a good stretch of time. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for the desks and some storage. We don't go in for anything fancy or expensive. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Most of our day is spent handling the usual business affairs. We get a lot of local folks stopping in to chat or ask questions. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working together. Varachha Road is always crowded, but once you get inside Rajhans Heights, it gets a little quieter. We like the balance of being near the action but having a place to focus. Ketan H Dholakia is usually around if you need to speak with him directly. We don't have any complicated rules or corporate policies. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a basic way to run things, but it works for us and the people we see.
