You can find this version of Kalpana Classes over at Parle Point, in unit 2004. It’s a decent-sized space that we’ve set up for our teaching sessions. Unlike some of the busier parts of town, this area has its own pace, and we’ve settled in quite well over the years. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting with students and going over their school subjects. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals; we just want to help the kids get through their work. The unit is on a floor that gets some good air, which is helpful when the room is full of students. We’ve got plenty of books stacked up on the shelves and a few tables for everyone to work at. Most of our students come from the local neighborhood, so we know their families and how they are doing. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be a massive chain of schools. We just focus on what’s happening in room 2004 every afternoon. Some days are more tiring than others, especially around exam time when everyone is a bit stressed, but we just keep pushing through. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. There is always a lot to do, but we just take it one day at a time here.
