Jivraj Vasoya

Jivraj Vasoya is located in the Harsh Complex, which is right opposite the City Bus Stand in Katargam. We are part of the Adarsh Society area near Athwalines. Being right across from the bus stand means we see thousands of people passing by every day. It’s a very active spot. Our office is a modest space where we take care of our business. We don't have any big flashy signs. People who need us usually know where to find us. We have been working from this complex for quite a while now. The noise from the buses is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. It’s a bit of a hub for the local community. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit old-fashioned to some. We use a lot of paper and ledgers. It’s how we were taught and it still works just fine for us. There are a few of us here and we share the work equally. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons but we have a fan that keeps things moving. We don't bother with fancy slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the people who come in the door. It’s a practical life. We like being so close to the transport links because it makes it easy for us to get around too. This is just where we work and we are happy with that.
