Jay Laxmi Electronics

You can find Jay Laxmi Electronics over at number 62 on 8th E Main, in the 4th Block area. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and our shop is right in the middle of all the noise. The street is usually lined with bikes and scooters, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a nightmare for people visiting us. Inside, the shop is full of boxes and various things we’re working on. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. There’s a certain smell of dust and old metal that just hangs in the air here. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, and the floor is worn down in the spots where we walk the most throughout the day. Sometimes it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think, but mostly there's the sound of the main road nearby. The shop window stays a bit dusty because of all the construction going on in the city. We try to wipe it down every few days, but it always seems like a losing battle. We have a couple of stools for when our legs get tired, but mostly we’re on our feet helping people. It’s a plain, honest kind of shop. We don’t have much in the way of fancy displays or bright lights. We just have our space and we stay there until it’s time to close up and head home.
