Hawwah

We are over at Ug 541/42 in the Universal Textile Market. Our shop is located right on the Ring Road, directly across from the Millennium Textile Market and near the Kamela Darwaja entrance. It is always crowded around here with people and large bundles of cloth being moved back and forth. Our space is on the upper ground floor, which makes it a bit easier for people to find us among all the other shops. Most of our days at Hawwah are spent handling the textiles and making sure everything is in the right place. The market is extremely loud and busy from the moment it opens until the gates close. We don't have any fancy office or marketing people; it is just us doing the daily work. Sometimes we are here quite late when a new delivery arrives. Being near Kamela Darwaja means there is constant movement and the noise from the Ring Road never really stops. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but we have been here for a long time. We just focus on our own tasks and keep the shop running. There are rolls of fabric everywhere and not much room to walk, but that is just how it is in this market. We don't spend time on anything that isn't necessary for the business. It is a very practical way to work and we just keep going day after day. It is a busy life but we like it well enough.
