Our shop is situated at A/6 on Varachha Road, which is a very lively part of the city. As you can probably guess from the name, we spend our time dealing with diamond tools. This area is full of people working in the trade, and we are right in the middle of it all. It is not a glamorous job; it involves a lot of counting stock and checking the quality of the bits and saws we sell. The road outside is always noisy with bikes and cars, and the heat in the afternoons can be quite something. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a corporate philosophy to share. We just know which tools work best for different types of stones and we tell our customers exactly that. Our shelves are packed with inventory and we try to keep everything organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. We are just a group of people who have learned the trade by doing it day after day. People come to us because they know we have been here for a while and we don't try to overcomplicate things. We just provide the tools that the workers need to get their own jobs done. It is a simple relationship based on practical needs and being available when the local shops need a replacement tool for their work.
