You can find us over at unit 26 in the GIDC area of Khatodra, right near the Ring Road. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now, working on all kinds of fashion pieces and bulk orders. Our space is mostly taken up by big cutting tables and sewing machines that seem to run all day long. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect with all the fabric scraps flying around, but we try to sweep up at the end of every shift. We aren't really set up for walk-in customers since it’s more of a production house. Most of our day is spent looking at samples and making sure the colors match what the clients asked for. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. We have a small corner where we keep the records and take our tea breaks. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just a practical workspace where we get things done. Some of the guys have worked here since the beginning, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't worry much about being polished or having a nice office space. We just focus on getting the bundles ready for delivery on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday through Saturday without fail.
