Our business is over at 27 Kailash Nagar in the Chikuwadi area of Nana Varachha. Surat is a big city, but our neighborhood feels a bit more like a community. We work with jewelry and diamonds. It’s what most of us have been doing since we were young. We don't have a big fancy office in a glass tower. We are just in a regular building on a regular street. The shop is simple. We have some display cases and a place where we do the actual work. It’s not always perfectly tidy. There are usually tools and papers scattered around. We aren't corporate people. We don't wear suits to work. We just dress for the day and get to it. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. We’ve been in Chikuwadi for a while and we like it here. It’s away from the most crowded parts of the city but still busy enough. We don't make grand claims about being the best in the business. We just try to make nice jewelry and stay busy. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us having some tea or working on a new piece. It’s just a normal local business. We keep our doors open and try to do right by the people who trust us.
