Our place is at Maruti Chamber, right across from the C Tenament on the road off Hosur Road in Katargam. It’s a bit of an interesting spot. The area has a lot of people moving around because of the tenements nearby. We do trading, which means a lot of phone calls and checking on where things are. The office in Maruti Chamber is small. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We don't have a big display or anything like that. People come to us when they need to source specific items. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries to reach us on time, which is frustrating but that’s life here. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years. We just try to keep things honest and get the items delivered when we say we will. It’s not always perfect; sometimes things get delayed or a part is missing, but we fix it. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit steep. We spend our days looking at lists and talking to truckers. It’s just a normal trading business. We stay busy enough and that’s what matters to us. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the delivery schedule, and we just go from there until evening. We’ve been in this office for a few years and it feels like home now.
