Csrg Agriculture Llp is run out of Kataswan village, specifically at Mr. Rajeshbhai Gavajibhai’s place. We are in the Uchchhal taluka of Tapi district. It’s a quiet area mostly, and that’s where we do our business. We aren't a big company with a glass building. We work right where the farming happens. Dealing with agriculture in this part of the country means you have to be ready for anything. The weather can be unpredictable and the roads aren't always the best for moving heavy loads. We spend our time managing the logistics of our farming activities and making sure the supplies get to the right spots. Rajeshbhai’s place is usually busy with people coming in to talk about the latest crop prices or to pick up some gear. It feels more like a community spot than a formal office most of the time. We don’t have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s checking the fields or sorting out the receipts. It’s a practical way of working that suits us. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just farming and trying to make a living in Tapi. We value honesty and just getting the work done without complaining too much. There’s always another season around the corner and another set of jobs to finish before the sun goes down.
