Bijal Khuman

I have been operating as Bijal Khuman at 188 Dabholi Main Market for quite some time. Being in the Sardar Patel Society area means it is always noisy and full of life outside the front door. We are right near the Pinki Gas Agency on Dabholi Road, so there is always a line of trucks or people moving about. The shop itself is not very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking at the list of things that need finishing. It is a local spot, nothing like those big shiny stores you see in the mall. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that is just part of being in this part of the city. I handle most of the work myself, though occasionally a cousin or a friend drops in to lend a hand when a lot of people show up at once. We do not have a fancy website or a big sign, just the name on the wall and a door that stays open most of the day. It feels good to be part of the market culture here where everyone knows your name. If you walk past the gas agency, you will probably see me sitting there working on something. It is a simple life but it keeps us moving and provides what we need to get by.
