We are located at 2/767 in Udhna. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a few files where we keep track of what’s available in the area. Dealing with property isn't always as exciting as people think. Most of the time, it’s just answering the phone and explaining to someone why a price is what it is. We know Udhna pretty well because we’ve lived and worked here for a long time. People come in looking for a small plot or maybe a rental for their business. We don't do those big glossy advertisements you see in the city center. We just talk to people. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon driving around showing houses that nobody ends up liking, but that’s part of the job. It’s about being patient. The market goes up and down, and we just try to keep a level head through it all. My uncle started this years ago, and I took over because I liked being out and about instead of sitting in a factory. It’s a lot of paperwork, which I don’t particularly enjoy, but seeing someone finally get the keys to a place they wanted is okay. We don't promise anyone the world. We just show what’s on the books and help with the local rules. It’s a local business for local people, and that’s how we like to keep it.
