Badami Amit

My name is Badami Amit. My place of business is located at Janak Bhavan on Modi Street in the Gopipura area. The address is 8 2271. Gopipura is one of those older parts of the city where the streets are narrow and always full of life. Modi Street has its own character. Janak Bhavan is a building that has been here for quite some time. My office is inside, and it’s a very simple room. I have my desk, a couple of chairs, and some shelves for my books and papers. It’s not the kind of place with bright lights or glass walls. It feels more like a traditional workroom. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—people talking, scooters passing by, and the general bustle of Gopipura. I usually walk to work because parking can be a bit difficult on these old streets. I’ve been at Janak Bhavan for a while now. I know the people who work in the nearby shops. We often share a quick word in the mornings. My space is small, but it’s where I handle all my daily affairs. There is a lot of history in these walls. I don't feel the need to change much. It works for what I do. It’s a quiet spot once you get inside and shut the door. I spend most of my day right here at the desk.
