Bachchhav Mahesh

I’m Bachchhav Mahesh and I run my business out of room 308 in the Bharthana Vihar Estate. It’s a fairly basic office but it gets the job done. I’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so I know the buildings pretty well. I mostly focus on the real estate around the Vihar Estate and the nearby streets. It’s just me working here most days. I handle the calls, the viewings, and the lease agreements myself. It keeps things simple and I don't have to worry about anyone else making mistakes. People around here know me as someone who just tells it like it is. If a building has bad parking or the water is spotty, I’ll let you know before we even go look at it. I don't like playing games with prices or hidden fees. Most of the people I help are just looking for a decent place for their family or a small shop to start a business. It’s honest work and I get to meet a lot of different folks every week. Some days are slow and I just catch up on my reading, but other days I’m running up and down the stairs showing units until dark. If you’re looking for a spot in Bharthana Vihar, come on up to 308.
