Atul Mehta

You can usually find me, Atul Mehta, at G 4 in the Ashoka Paveliane building. It’s right across from the Kapadiya Health Club in Bharthana. I’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s a simple space where I handle local property stuff. I don’t have a flashy website or anything. Most of my work comes from people walking in or calling after seeing my sign. Being across from the health club is handy because everyone knows where that is. I deal with all sorts of property, from small rooms to bigger family houses. I try to stay practical about things. If a price is too high, I’ll say so. There’s no use wasting anyone’s time with houses they can’t afford or places that aren't worth the money. My day is mostly spent checking on buildings or meeting with landlords to see what’s coming up. I like the Bharthana area because it’s got a good mix of people. Sometimes I’m just sitting here with a cup of coffee waiting for the next person to come through the door. I don’t use any fancy sales tactics. I just show the place and let the person decide if they like it or not. That’s the easiest way to do business in my opinion.
