Ashish B Modi is located at 10/724 on the Ring Road. If you are familiar with the area, you know that the Ring Road is almost never quiet. There is a constant hum of traffic that becomes like a heartbeat for the office. Our space is on the ground floor, which is very convenient because nobody has to climb any stairs to reach us. It is a modest office with just enough room for us to work and for a couple of visitors to sit down. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a coffee machine. If someone comes by, we usually just offer them a glass of water and get straight to the point. We handle a lot of different tasks every day, so there is always plenty of paperwork to go through. The desks are usually covered in files and sticky notes. We have been at this location for some time and have gotten to know the other business owners along this stretch of the Ring Road. It is a busy, hardworking environment. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to look like something we are not. We are just a local office doing our best to keep up with the work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a bit of time every morning cleaning up before we start. It is just a normal, everyday place where we get things done without any extra fluff.
