I've been working out of this spot at 304 Ring Road for quite some time now. You can find me over in the Kinaro Apartment building in the Makkaipo area. It isn't a huge setup, just a standard office where I handle my daily work. Most people around here know where Ring Road is because it stays busy all day. I started this because I wanted to do something for myself in the local area. Usually, I'm here from morning until the evening. If you walk into Kinaro Apartment, you just head up to the third floor. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes with all the traffic passing by, but inside it stays quiet enough to get things done. I don't really go for all those fancy decorations you see in big offices. It is just a desk, some chairs, and my paperwork. People drop by mostly to talk about business or just check on things. I try to keep it straightforward. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so I tell folks to just be patient. Being in Makkaipo is handy because everything is close. I know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We help each other out when needed. It's a decent place to be. I like the routine of coming here every day. Nothing too complicated, just me running my business and making sure things are handled correctly for whoever comes through the door.
