You can find us at the Jagruti Complex on the Rander New Link Road. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is headed home. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of tools and hardware. If you walk in, you’ll see rows of bins and boxes everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze, but we usually know exactly where everything is hidden. We’ve been trading here for quite some time. The Link Road has changed a lot since we first opened, with more shops and traffic every year. We spend most of our day helping people find specific bits and pieces for their repair jobs. It could be a specific wrench or a box of bolts. We don't do much fancy talk here. It’s just about getting the right tool into the customer's hand. The counter is usually cluttered with catalogs and half-finished tea cups. We open up early and stay open until the market starts to quiet down. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we just wipe things down and keep going. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. It’s a simple business. We buy things, we stack them on the shelves, and we sell them to people who need them. That’s pretty much the whole story of Arihant Tools.
