Anil Textile

Anil Textile is located in the heart of Begumpura in Surat, specifically at 4 1480 near the Balaji Temple in Narwan Akhada. As you can imagine, being in Surat means we are surrounded by the textile trade. The air usually smells like fabric and dye, and there’s always the sound of machines or carts moving nearby. Our shop isn't a big glass showroom. It’s a busy space filled with rolls of cloth and samples. We spend our days measuring things out and talking to suppliers. It’s dusty work and by the end of the day, our clothes are usually covered in lint. We’ve been near the Balaji Temple for a long time, and we often see the crowds going for prayers while we are working. It’s a good place to be. We don't have a fancy website or a team of sales people. We just know our fabrics and we talk straight with anyone who comes in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the bundles stacked up, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't use corporate talk here. If a fabric is good, we say so, and if it’s not right for the job, we tell you that too. It’s just how we do things in this part of Surat. We are just a local textile business trying to keep the tradition going and making sure we get through the day's orders before the sun goes down.
