Amit Viresh Thakkar

Amit Viresh Thakkar operates out of B 707/708 in the Tirupati Plaza. This is right near the Nanpura Vasna Shak Market. It is a lively area to work in because of the market being so close. You can always hear people shouting outside and the smell of the fresh vegetables in the morning is quite strong. We have two units combined into one, so there is a bit more room than some of the other offices in the plaza. I have been at this location for a good amount of time and most of the neighbors know who I am. It is not a corporate setup at all. We have some old chairs for visitors and a couple of desks that have seen better days. Usually, I am busy with files or talking to people who just drop in. The elevators in Tirupati Plaza can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so I often just take the stairs if I am in a bit of a hurry. My daily routine is pretty simple. I come in, check what needs to be done, and stay until it is over. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit in the hallway, but that is just part of being in an older building. It is a practical space for the work I do. Nothing is too shiny or new here. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving along without making a fuss.
