Amit Machine Tools

Amit Machine Tools is based over in City Industrial Estate on Udhna Main Road. We have two units, C-16 and C-17, right next to each other. The main road is always packed with trucks and people moving goods, so it can get pretty hectic outside our doors. Inside, we have our lathes and milling machines set up. The walls have some old calendars hanging on them and there is a thick smell of cutting oil in the air. We spend our mornings checking the machines and getting the day's tasks sorted out. It isn't a quiet place by any means. There is constant clanking and humming from the machines. We deal with a lot of local businesses who need specific tools or repairs done. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we know where everything is. Our desks are piled with blueprints and old invoices that we need to get through. Sometimes a customer will just drop by to talk about a part they need, and we’ll sketch it out right there on a scrap of paper. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work is what matters. It is a bit cramped with all the raw materials stacked up, but we make it work. Most of us live nearby, so we are part of the local community here in Udhna. It's just a regular machine shop doing regular work every day.
