Amar Sarees

We have been running Amar Sarees out of D-3177/78 in the Millennium Market on Ring Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, and there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Most folks in this part of the market know us. We just come in every morning, pull up the shutters, and start the day. It is a bit of a small space, so we have to stack the sarees quite high to fit everything in. Dealing with all those different fabrics and colors all day can be tiring, but it’s what we do. The Ring Road traffic is usually a big mess, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it. Being in the Millennium Market is just practical for us because everyone comes here for textiles anyway. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. People just walk in when they are looking for something. Sometimes we sit and have tea while waiting for the next person to come by. We have seen many shops around us change owners over the years, but we are still here at the same address. It is just a regular place where we do our business and try to get through the day. We don't have any big plans, just keeping the stock updated and talking to the regulars who stop in.
