Amalsad Agro Food Products is located out in Sachin GIDC. If you have ever been to the industrial estate in Surat, you know how big it is. We are at Plot No. 6125, which can be a bit of a hunt if you aren't familiar with the grid system they have there. It is a busy place with trucks coming in and out all the time, especially with all the food product work being done. The air always has that industrial smell, mixed with whatever is being processed nearby. Our building is practical, built for work rather than looking good. It gets quite hot under the roofs in Surat, especially in the middle of the year, so we have fans going all the time. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other businesses doing their own thing. There is always noise from the machines or the loaders. We just focus on our agro food items and try to keep things organized on the floor. It is a lot of physical work and keeping track of what goes where. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a spot to sit and do the billing. Most of the guys here have been working in the Sachin area for years, so we are used to the pace. It is just a regular factory setup with no frills or fancy stuff.
