Alroza Diam Llp is based at 6/2487, Limbu Sheri, in Surat City. If you’ve ever been to Limbu Sheri, you know it’s one of those narrow, busy streets that Surat is famous for. It’s full of energy and people moving around all day. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. We are a small diamond company, just a limited liability partnership. We don't have a big corporate office or a floor in a skyscraper. We just have our space here in the middle of the city. We spend our days sorting through diamonds and checking for quality. It’s a lot of sitting still and being very careful. The street outside is the opposite—lots of noise and scooters honking. It’s a nice contrast. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just do our work and talk to our customers like normal people. The office is pretty basic. We have the lights we need and the tools for the trade, and that's about it. We don't see the need for much else. We know the local shops around here and usually get our tea from the guy on the corner. It’s a good community to be a part of. We’re just a local business doing our thing in a city we know well. We just keep our heads down and get the diamonds sorted.
