Akash Classes

Akash Classes is tucked away in Ratan Deep Society, specifically at B-13. We are on Bhatar Tenament Road, not too far from the Bhatar Char Rasta. It’s a bit of a different feel compared to being in a big commercial mall since it is a residential society. The Sabji Market is right near us, so in the mornings and evenings, the whole area smells like fresh vegetables and is full of people shopping. You have to navigate through some scooters parked outside to get to our door. Inside, the rooms are converted to fit the student groups. It feels a bit like a home, which I think is nice for everyone. We have some wooden chairs that have been here for years and they still hold up well. I usually have a fan going most of the time because it gets a bit stuffy in Surat during the summer months. There is a small area where students can leave their bags by the entrance. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly when it’s quiet. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, find their spot, and get started. It’s a practical space. Most of the people who come here live nearby in Bhatar. It is just a straightforward place where the daily routine of teaching and learning happens without much fuss.
