Aiyer Minax

Aiyer Minax is located at 202 in Surat Model Town, tucked away behind Shraddha Society. It is actually a nice, quiet spot because we are a little bit removed from the main road’s noise. Model Town is a well-established area, and being behind the society gives us a bit of privacy that we appreciate. Our office is quite simple and doesn't have any of those modern, fancy features. It’s just a functional room where we keep our records and do our daily tasks. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of shelves for our paperwork. It’s a lived-in office that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to make us look bigger than we are. We just rely on being here and doing our work steadily. The people who live in Shraddha Society often walk past our windows, and we’ve become familiar with the daily rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s a peaceful place to spend the day. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict corporate rules. We just come in, handle the business that needs attention, and head home when we're finished. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it suits our personalities perfectly. We like the honest feel of this little office in Model Town.
