It’s usually full of computers being worked on and various camera parts. It’s not a shiny retail store with everything in glass cases. We have boxes stacked up and tools all over the workbench. It’s a real working environment. Kuber Nagar-1 is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always people moving around outside. We don't have a big staff. It’s just us handling the repairs and the installations. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. People just come in because they have a problem with their tech and we see if we can fix it. Sometimes we’re out at a customer’s place for hours setting things up. When we’re in the shop, we’re usually elbows deep in a machine. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that do the job. We aren't trying to be a big national company. We’re just a local shop in Katargam doing what we know how to do.
