Dhruv Mobile

Dhruv Mobile is located over at Varachha Road, specifically on the Pune Satara Road in the Katraj 1 area. It is a good location because there is always something happening outside. We started this shop because we wanted to be our own bosses. It is hard work and the hours are long, but we like it. The shop at Katraj 1 is not the biggest, but we make the most of the space we have. We carry a lot of different mobile accessories and we do a lot of small repairs right here on the counter. Sometimes people bring in phones that look like they have been run over by a truck. We do what we can to help them out. The Pune Satara Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and cars, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small stool for customers to sit on if they have to wait. Most of our day is spent cleaning screens or explaining how a new charger works. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We are just here from morning until late evening. It is a simple shop for regular people. Sometimes we have a little radio playing in the background to keep things lively. We just focus on what is right in front of us and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in.
