Krishna Mobile Care

Krishna Mobile Care is a small shop located at Sania Hemad Peddar Road 19. If you walk past, you’ll see us hunched over small desks with magnifying glasses and tiny screwdrivers. Most of our day is spent dealing with cracked screens and phones that just won’t turn on anymore. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the noise out on Peddar Road. We have shelves filled with old phone parts and boxes of chargers that we’ve collected over time. It isn't a high-end store with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s just a place where we try to get devices working again so people can stay connected with their families. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and other times we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive by courier. We tell people how it is, even if the news isn't great. We don’t have a big corporate team or a marketing plan. It’s just a local business run by people who know their way around a circuit board. The shop gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the counter at once. We’ve been in this spot long enough that we know many of the neighbors. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking down the street or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a basic, honest operation that keeps us busy from morning to night.
