It is a quiet residential-feeling area, very different from a big industrial zone. Our office for Larsen & Toubro Limited is essentially a quarter converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we like. It’s not about being fancy or having the latest decor. We have our tables and our chairs and enough space to get the job done. Living and working in South Colony means we see the same people every day. There is a sense of community here that you don’t get in bigger places. Most mornings start with the sounds of the neighborhood waking up. We settle in and get to work on our projects. Sundargarh is a nice place to be, even if it feels a bit tucked away sometimes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our address and our work. People who need us usually find their way to Qr.No. 14/01 without much trouble. It is a steady, simple environment. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just do our part here in the LIC colony, day after day, keeping the wheels turning. It is a humble spot, but it suits the work we do perfectly.
