We’re over at Qr. No. A-404 in Koelnagar, Rourkela. It’s a decent area and pretty easy to find if you know your way around this part of Orissa. Holtec Consulting Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done.
