We are based out of the Bf5 Complex in Rourkela, specifically within the Sail RSP area. It’s right in the heart of the industrial zone here in the Sundergarh district of Orissa. The pin code is 769004. Working at the Bf5 Complex is very different from being in a city office. It’s surrounded by the plant and a lot of heavy machinery movement. This is where the Tata Projects Ltd team manages the local site activities. The office is pretty basic, just a set of rooms in the complex that we've turned into our workspace. It gets dusty because of all the nearby activity, so we are always cleaning up. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. Just schedules, safety charts, and project timelines. The people here are mostly engineers and site supervisors. We talk in plain terms and don’t use any corporate jargon. It’s about getting the job done on time. The heat in Rourkela can be quite something, but we have our cooling systems in place. It’s a tough, honest place to work. We spend most of our time out on the field and use the office just for the necessary paperwork and meetings. It suits the kind of work we do here. There’s no room for anything that isn't essential to the project. We just keep it simple and keep moving.
