It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we do our best thinking and planning. Chhend Colony is a quiet enough place to work, though it can get a bit lively in the evenings. We focus on the engineering projects happening around this part of Orissa. Our team is made up of people who actually live around here, so we know the local conditions pretty well. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. If you call, you'll probably talk directly to one of the engineers or the person handling the books. We try to keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the work is stressful when there are deadlines, but we usually manage to get through it by working together. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the engineering work we’re paid for and try to do a decent job of it every day. Most of our work comes from people knowing we are reliable and have been in the colony for years.
