Il&Fs Engineering Construction Company Limited is based on the 4th floor of the Paras Down Town Centre. We are located in Sector 53, right along the Golf Course Road. It’s a pretty high-up spot, so we get a decent view of the road and the surrounding area. Sector 53 is quite a hub for businesses like ours, especially with all the new buildings going up all the time. We spend most of our time here dealing with the engineering side of construction. Our office is full of project maps and technical documents. It’s not the quietest place because the Golf Course Road is always humming with traffic, but we are used to it by now. The 4th floor is a good place to be, away from the immediate street noise but still easy to get to. We have our daily meetings here and try to keep everything organized. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the details of the construction projects we have going on. We don't really go for anything too polished or corporate in terms of look. It’s just a place where engineers and planners get their work done. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while and know the drill. We see a lot of people from the industry coming through the doors. It’s a busy, functional office in a very active part of the city. We just keep our heads down and work.
