Iws India is based out in Jawbrara, which is in the Awantipora area of Kashmir. If you’ve ever been up this way, you know the winters can get pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the heaters are working right. Our office is just a plain building where we handle our daily operations. It’s quiet mostly, except for when the phones start ringing or when we’re all debating where to get lunch from. Being in Jammu & Kashmir gives the workplace a different feel compared to the big cities. We don't have those massive skyscrapers or anything, just the local scenery and our small team working away. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now, and everyone around here knows us as just another local business trying to do right by the people we work with. There’s no big corporate manual here telling us how to talk; we just speak like normal people do. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad, but we still show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical setup, nothing too shiny, just a place where we put in the hours and then head home to our families. We like it this way because it feels real and honest, just working in the heart of Kashmir, away from all the city noise.
