Alphine Softic Point

Running Alphine Softic Point here in Namlabal has been an interesting journey. We are based in Pampore which is famous for saffron but we focus on different things like soft treats and quick bites. Most of the local kids and families from around Pulwama come to us when they want something sweet. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't have a big team or anything like that, just a couple of us working through the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and that makes the work take longer than it should when we are trying to check things. We try our best to keep up with what people are asking for. The winters in Pampore get really cold so we spend a lot of time huddled near the heater when there aren't many customers coming in for cold things. It's a quiet life mostly. We know the roads around here get blocked sometimes when it snows but we stay open as long as we can. People come in for small things and stay for a chat. Our shop isn't fancy at all. The paint on the walls is peeling a little in the corner but the atmosphere is friendly. We've been in this location for a while and everyone knows where to find us. It's just a small business trying to do its part in the community. We don't have big advertisements. Word of mouth from the neighbors is enough for us to keep going.
