People around Kulgam know us by name, and that’s how we like it. We don’t have a website or do any promotional stuff. Word of mouth is enough to keep us busy throughout the year. The office is small and usually has a traditional heater in the corner during the winter months. We handle various administrative and practical jobs that come our way. It is a quiet way of life compared to the big cities, and we appreciate the pace of Yaripora. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get the work done together.
