Care Coaching Academy

We are situated over in Boulevard Ngr, Srinagar. It’s a beautiful area to work in, especially being so close to the lake. You can really feel the cool breeze when you walk outside for a break. Care Coaching Academy is a small setup we started a while back to help out the local kids with their studies. We aren't some big famous chain; it’s just a local effort by a few of us. The rooms are basic, with wooden desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We have a small area where students can wait or look at books before their session starts. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big group of students comes in all at the same time. We don't have a receptionist, so one of us usually just looks up from our work when someone walks in the door. It’s a very informal environment, and we think that helps the students feel more at home and less stressed. Srinagar can be a tough place in the winter, so we make sure the rooms are as warm as we can get them with the heaters. We spend a lot of time talking to parents about how their children are doing. It feels more like a small family than a business, to be honest. We don't use any fancy teaching gadgets, just markers and boards.
