Augment Coaching Institutes

If you go to Lal Bzr in Srinagar, you’ll find us tucked away there. It’s a crowded and busy part of the city, but we like the energy of it. Augment Coaching Institutes has been in this building for a few years now. It’s a bit of a maze to get to our floor if you haven't been here before, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to actually get some work done. We have a few rooms set up with basic benches and boards for the students. Nothing too special or high-tech. We mostly focus on helping students with their exams and school work. Most of the staff live nearby in the neighborhood, so we just walk to work every day. It’s nice during the spring when the trees are blooming, but the winter is a different story. We have to make sure the heaters are working and warm the place up before anyone arrives for the first class. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait for it to come back while we talk. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousins came here before. We just try to be helpful to the kids who come in. There’s always someone around to answer questions or help out. We drink a lot of tea during the day to stay warm.
