Sri Akshara School

Sri Akshara School is located right at the Rama Laxmana Junction in Srikakulam. The address is Rama Laxmana Junction, Srikakulam - 532001. Being at a junction means there is always something going on outside our doors. It’s a very central spot, so it’s easy for parents to find us when they are out running errands. You can hear the horns honking and the general bustle of Srikakulam all day long. We have a modest building where we conduct our classes. It isn’t anything too elaborate, just plain walls and sturdy furniture that has been around for a while. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kids stay focused despite the noise from the street. The staff here is a small group, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from teaching to handling the front desk or fixing a light bulb. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big missions written on the walls. We just want to make sure the students learn what they need to. The morning rush is always a bit chaotic with everyone arriving at the same time, but once the bell rings, things settle down into a rhythm. We have a small playground where the kids can let off some steam during their break. Most of the families we work with have been in Srikakulam for generations. We take pride in just being a local school that does its job day in and day out.
