Keshava Reddy Concept School

We are situated right on the Main Road, NH 16, in the Etcherla area of Srikakulam. Being on the national highway means there’s a lot of traffic passing by all the time. It makes us easy to find, though. The school has a fairly large footprint compared to some of the city branches. We have several blocks for different grades. It’s a practical layout, designed to move a lot of students through their day without too much clogging in the hallways. The playground is mostly dirt and some patches of grass, but the kids don't seem to mind. We have a simple canteen that serves basic snacks and tea. The staff usually brings their own tiffins from home. We don't go in for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. The principal’s door is usually open if someone needs to talk. We deal with the usual school stuff—lost sweaters, empty pens, and making sure the bus drivers are on time. The heat in Srikakulam can be tough, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. There isn't any polished marketing script here. We just show up, do the teaching, manage the building, and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to keep things as honest and straightforward as we can for everyone involved. It's just a school, after all. We don't try to be anything else.
