Our group, Samridhi Sagara Mitra Producer Company Limited, is located at 1-5-134/2 in Srikakulam. We are right near the Yuva Kendrartc Exchange, and our office is care of Dr. S Rajendra Naidu. Being near the exchange makes it a pretty busy area, but it’s a good spot for us to stay connected. We focus on the things that the local producers here in Srikakulam need most. It’s a mix of different people involved, all trying to make sure the work we do pays off. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We mostly just figure things out as they come up. If there’s a problem with the transport or the market, we sit down in the office and talk it through until we find a way. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day management. Most of us have been around Srikakulam for a long time, so we know how the local systems work. We don’t use any marketing fluff because we don’t need to. The people we work with are our neighbors and friends. We just want to make sure everyone in our group is getting a fair deal and that the producer company stays afloat.
