We are over at Plot No. 2 in Vamsadhara Nagar Colony, which is right near the Indira Nagar side of Srikakulam. K Nagamani is where we are based out of for all our work. It is a quiet enough spot for us to work on crop stuff without too many distractions. We spend a lot of time looking at how things grow and trying to find better ways for the crops around here. Srikakulam has its own way of doing things, and we just try to fit into that rhythm. It isn't a huge operation with lots of bells and whistles or a big staff. We just have our space where we do the daily work. Dealing with innovation sounds like a very big word, but mostly it is just trial and error in the dirt. We see what works for the local farmers and what doesn't. Some days are better than others, especially when the rain doesn't come when it should. You might see us around the colony or out near the fields checking on the plants. We’ve been here a while and know the neighbors fairly well. It’s a decent place to work from. We don't spend much on flashy signs or marketing. The focus is just on the plants and the seeds. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main turn into the colony. It’s a practical setup. We handle the paperwork and the planning right from this house.
