Sri Srinivasa Junior College

Sri Srinivasa Junior College is located in Balayapalli, right near the bus stand and across from the government hospital in Nellore. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s pretty easy for students coming in from the surrounding villages to find us. It’s a busy spot in town, with the hospital traffic and people catching buses all day long. The college itself is a junior college, so we see a lot of young people coming through for their intermediate studies. The weather in Nellore gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the classrooms are somewhat comfortable. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at, but it serves its purpose. We have a small group of staff who handle the teaching and the office work. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially when there’s a lot of activity at the hospital or the buses are honking, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just open the gates in the morning, do the lectures, and close up in the evening. It’s a practical place for students who need to get their certificates and move on to the next stage of their lives. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in Balayapalli know exactly where we are if they need to drop off any documents.
