Y P Singh operates out of 35/A in Dwarka Sector 10. The office is located in Pocket 1, specifically within the SFS Flats. It is a bit of a mixed area where people live and work at the same time. Being near the OBC Bank makes it easier for people to find us, as that is a major landmark in this part of Dwarka. The flat is set up like a regular office now, but it still has that homey feel that you get with SFS properties. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby and security guards. Instead, you just walk up to the door. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there are stacks of papers and files everywhere you look. Y P Singh is here most days, keeping an eye on the various projects we have going. The neighborhood is relatively quiet compared to the main markets, which is good for concentrating. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a mess because the lanes are narrow, but we manage. We don't put much effort into making the place look like a showroom. It is a working office where the focus is on the actual tasks rather than the appearance. We have our coffee in the small kitchen area and just try to get through the daily list. It is a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary overhead of a fancy downtown office.
